TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Use of “Nuggets of Wisdom”
By ticking the box provided, you (the “Author”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions regarding the use of any quotes, insights, or “Nuggets of Wisdom” (collectively, the “Content”) you share with One Golden Nugget Ltd (“OGN”).
- Grant of Rights
You hereby grant to OGN a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, repurpose, and distribute the Content you provide. OGN may use the Content in any format or media, including but not limited to books, podcasts, live events, social media, marketing materials, and any future formats or technologies.
- Waiver of Moral Rights and Future Claims
You waive any and all moral rights, rights of attribution, or rights to object to modifications of the Content. You agree not to make any claims, including claims for additional compensation or royalties, against OGN or its affiliates, licensees, or successors regarding the use, modification, or distribution of the Content.
- Ownership of Derived Content
OGN shall hold exclusive rights to any derivative works created from the Content, and may share, distribute, sublicense, and commercialize such works freely. You acknowledge that OGN has full ownership and control over all derived Content, including the right to edit, adapt, and commercialize the Content at OGN’s sole discretion, without further approval from you.
- Warranties
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant OGN the permissions set out in these Terms & Conditions, and that the Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights. You further warrant that the Content is original and has not been assigned or licensed to any other party in a way that would conflict with the rights granted here.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold OGN harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach of the warranties or representations in these Terms & Conditions, including claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or invasion of privacy relating to the Content.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales situated in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and OGN regarding the use of the Content and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter.
