Steven began his career working with vulnerable children in custodial settings, before moving into residential care where he held roles including Registered Manager, Responsible Individual, and Operations Director. Drawing on this extensive operational experience and sector expertise, Steven founded Helping Hands Care and Consultancy to provide comprehensive support to care providers across the UK. Under his leadership, the organisation offers regulatory guidance, interim leadership support, pre-inspection readiness, compliance action plans, bespoke policies and procedures, Regulation 44 visits, and accredited training, all designed to help providers deliver the highest standards of care while navigating complex regulatory environments.
