Heba Ramzy is a global affairs executive, policy strategist, and social impact advisor with over two decades of experience at the nexus of technology, governance, and inclusive development.
Best known for her 20-year career with Microsoft, Heba served in a range of senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Corporate Affairs. In this capacity, she led the company’s global work on public policy, human rights, digital inclusion, and social innovation, helping to shape Microsoft’s position on some of the most critical issues of our time. She built and scaled strategic programmes that supported underserved communities, advanced responsible AI principles, and deepened partnerships with governments, multilateral organisations, and global NGOs.
Earlier in her tenure at Microsoft, Heba also oversaw the company’s citizenship and policy work across the Middle East and Africa, driving digital skills initiatives and supporting youth employment across the region. A bridge between corporate strategy and grassroots impact, she has worked across more than forty countries to foster locally grounded, globally relevant solutions.
Today, Heba holds a diverse portfolio of advisory, board, and mentoring roles with organisations focused on global development, gender equity, and ethical innovation. She is a Global Ambassador with Vital Voices and an active contributor to international dialogues on women’s leadership and digital transformation.
