Gina Gardiner
Founder and CEO of Genuinely You Ltd. Co-Founder & Vice Chair of Fatima’s UK Campaign
Gina Gardiner is a multiple #1 International Best-Selling author, inspirational speaker, and Founder and CEO of Genuinely You Ltd., with over three decades of experience helping people, teams, and organisations step into purpose-driven success.
Gina’s early career was in education. She became the Headteacher of a large junior school and, despite serious health challenges that left her largely dependent on a wheelchair for many years, continued to lead effectively and innovatively. Her leadership saw her school recognised among Her Majesty’s Inspectorate’s ‘Best 100 Schools in England’ twice, and she became known for empowering teachers, children, and staff alike.
Faced with ongoing mobility and health setbacks, Gina reinvented her professional life, expanding her expertise into neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), coaching, and personal and organisational development. She published her first books to establish credibility in the business world and built a coaching and speaking career grounded in lived experience and pragmatic strategies for change.
Her approach emphasises the quality of thought, self-belief, emotional intelligence, and purpose, teaching people that happiness, fulfilment, and success are choices rooted in mindset and action. Gina’s programmes, like the Thriving Not Surviving framework and the Enlightened Leadership Programme, combine personal empowerment with leadership development to improve performance, resilience, and well-being across contexts.
In addition to coaching, training, and corporate consulting, Gina is a motivational keynote speaker and the host of the syndicated radio show Gina Gardiner and Friends on the Brushwood Media Network, which attracts millions of listeners a month. She is the creator of a movement, building authentic leadership based on radical responsibility, integrity, clarity, compassion and joy.
Her mission remains to support people in recognising their worth, overcoming limiting beliefs, and living fearlessly, reflecting a career rooted in resilience, reinvention, and practical empowerment.
