Gian has been involved in numerous endeavours which have acted as stepping stones in his aim to humanise the working world. As a former Advisory Board Member for the mental health conference ‘This Can Happen’ and a proud Ambassador for the Missing People charity, Gian has contributed towards the agenda for addressing issues affecting mental health in the workplace and society. He has also been able to merge creativity and entrepreneurship as the Founder and CEO of ‘The Unwind Experience’, which offers the UK’s first surround sound meditation spaces to create an oasis of calm and wellbeing amidst the chaos of London life. And, for the past 5 years, he has been running his own philanthropic company, TLC Lions, which uses science-backed technology to drive a shift in workplace culture through the power of storytelling.
