Dominique Cagle is the Founder and CEO of Nika Corporate Housing, a leading provider of high-quality furnished accommodation across the southeastern United States. With over two decades of experience in the housing and hospitality sectors, Dominique brings sharp business acumen, a service-first ethos, and an entrepreneurial instinct shaped by years in aviation, corporate leadership, and executive education.
Following a successful career as an On-Board Leader at Delta Airlines, Dominique transitioned into the corporate housing space in 2003, founding Nika with just one apartment and a vision to provide seamless, home-like stays for military families. Today, Nika Corporate Housing is a multi-award-winning, woman-owned business managing over 300 units across Florida, Georgia, and beyond, serving clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies.
Dominique holds a degree in Letters with honours from the University of Oklahoma and has completed advanced executive programmes at Harvard Business School, Stanford, and Dartmouth Tuck. Under her leadership, Nika Corporate Housing has received the CHPA Tower of Excellence Award and is recognised as a Gold-certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), delivering turnkey housing solutions that prioritise comfort, dignity, and service.
A passionate advocate for purpose-driven entrepreneurship, Dominique has also been profiled as one of Stylfemina’s Inspiring Women and recognised by The Entrepreneur Times for her resilience and impact.
