Albert Shakhnazarov
Owner at AXE Elite
As CEO and founder of Axe Elite, a technology and telecommunications company, Albert’s story began 32 years ago, when he was born inside a Moscow refugee camp, having fled war-torn Azerbaijan due to political persecution for being Armenian. Over three decades later, his enormous success has been due, in part, to the connections he has made. He believes in surrounding himself with “like-minded individuals and building a strong support system, culture and environment.” Reflecting on the brutal nature of his industry, he suggests that “everyone wants to crush you and get rid of you.” Nevertheless, he stood on the shoulders of his father who taught him by example, never to give up.
