Ali’s “heart-centred counselling model” aims an introducing a new form of legal and financial planning, which was born out of a desire to make the legal process more human-centric. Today, her firm has trained thousands of lawyers in this methodology, and only 500 or so have met the criteria and succeeded in becoming licensed as a Personal Family Lawyer® firm. In the past decade, Ali has created a set of companies, all complementing each other and able to provide a wrap-around service for lawyers, and their clients. She created something that didn’t just go against the status quo, but built a whole “new paradigm,” where wealth is shared among stakeholders, clients and team members.
