A WARM WELCOME!
I’m Arad Reisberg. You may know me as a Professor of Corporate law and former Head of Brunel Law School. But for years I tried to fit unsuccessfully. It is only when I found my own voice I realised the very things that made me different, my individual challenges, resilience, and lived experience, are my greatest contribution rather than something to overcome.
Your starting point should never define you.
This is why I created this space for you. This is a place to share your nugget of wisdom, inspire others or join my journey to make an impact on the social mobility ladder by transforming lives of others.

What is social mobility?
Social mobility is the simple idea that where you start in life should not decide where you end up. It is the chance for anyone, whatever their background, to move forward through their own talent and effort rather than the circumstances they were born into. When it works, doors open for people who were never handed them. When it does not, potential is wasted.

He holds a doctorate from Oxford and has taught and researched at some of the world’s leading universities, including Oxford, UCL, and as a visiting professor in Singapore and New York. He is a published author and a respected voice in his field, and a leading authority on social mobility, a subject he cares about deeply. He is a Library of Wisdom founding member.
