Ken Proctor

Founder of The Grey Point Group

Ken Proctor is a leadership coach who works with high-performing executives, founders, and leadership teams who have outgrown their current level and want to push further.

Before coaching, Ken built his career across both startups and Fortune 50 companies, holding senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility and working internationally. He later founded, scaled, and sold his own multinational manufacturing business, giving him first-hand experience of growth, pressure, and exit.

Today, he spends over 1,500 hours a year working directly with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams, helping them navigate the realities of scaling, from communication and culture to decision-making and accountability.

Known for asking the questions others avoid, Ken’s coaching is built on the simple premise that improvement requires discomfort. He works to cut through surface-level issues, identify what’s really holding someone back, and push them toward a higher standard of performance.
